We have a diverse range of mesh fabrics, including PET, PA and metal meshes which are specifically designed to optimise your plansifter’s performance at every stage of the milling process.

Our SEFAR NYTAL® Metal Mesh is engineered for accurate sieving of abrasive materials, making it ideal for pre-screening or handling challenging products like corn. The SEFAR NYTAL® PA (nylon) range includes PA-GG, PA Milling and PA-MF.

PA-GG is designed with coarser openings which is perfect for separating larger particles during the primary screening phase, where abrasion resistance and high capacity are crucial. If you require high sieving efficiency, then our PA Milling fabric offers a rough surface and a high percentage open area, ensuring effective screening. Additionally, the PA-MF is developed for both soft and hard wheat, providing unmatched durability and efficiency, making it a reliable choice for metal frames.

Connector Sleeves

Sefar Filter Pure connector sleeves are manufactured with fabrics that ensure permanent, secure and flexible connections between inlets & outlets and the machinery. They are available in standard and custom dimensions to suit your requirements.

Adhesives

Our fabric adhesives for the milling industry are single-component cyanoacrylate adhesives that are FDA-compliant. We also have a separate accelerator spray available which decreases the drying time of the adhesives from approximately 20 minutes down to 2 minutes.

Stretching machine

Our pneumatic stretching system was designed to have more power for improved fabric stretching. The device is available as a unit for one or two frames. It has 3 different jaw widths (clamp sizes) and the control unit provides a reliable system for all frame sizes and fabrics.

Cleaners

Sieve cleaners are essential tools that help prevent clogging and maintain the smooth flow of material through the screens. They come in various designs such as cotton pads, balls, brush and knob cleaners – each tailored to specific budgets and milling needs.
