Pleated filter bags are ribbons which have been pleated together. The individual fabric layers are simultaneously cut and welded together on their length side using ultrasonic slitting or other suitable cutting technologies. This pleating process increases the effective filter area within a defined or limited construction space. It also reduces the total volume required for a given filtration surface.

X-600

Our X-600 is a unique, patented pleated filter designed for titanium dioxide pigment finishing and other demanding applications. It outperforms all regular bags on the market and extends service life by more than 100%. Outstanding results of 54 months have been shown for product lifetime – representing the longest lifetime for any micronizer bag house lifetime in the world.
